« My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. « Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« Super clean, and while having the Mexican restaurant downstairs is obviously convenient, it’s also very delicious. Breakfast is really good with a decent variety, but if you want any meat (bacon, sausage, etc.) you better get down early before the other guests wipe it out! The only shortfall really is that the rooms could be more soundproof, but overall it’s a great place to stay »

« The hotel was clean and the view from the room was great with floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of street construction in front of the hotel - the whole block actually, but when that’s done the view will be even better. We had a two bedroom suite, and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It’s also walking distance from the Riverwalk. The Sacred Heart (former Catholic Church) is right behind the hotel and you can tour it for...
