'We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!'

'The house is one-of-a-kind and very special. Extremely roomy and lovely, but it does need a lot of love. As the interior is quite outdated, it is not the cleanest of places. But we loved our stay, as we could enjoy the outdoors, large kitchen, many rooms and unique personality. Our hosts was very responsive and helpful.'

'Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt um mit dem Zug nach Rom zu reisen. Die Unterkunft selbst befindet sich in einem sehr charmanten Haus. Der Garten und Pool sind wirklich einladend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. '

'Stayed with a couple of friends in villa Carina during the summer of ‘22. Lovely, spacious house with amazing garden and thick walls (no noise). Would really recommend. Only downside is the lack of taxi’s in the area.'

'Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.'

'Prima vakantie in dit zeer ruime huis met groot zwembad. Veel overdekte buitenruimte. Erg leuk is de ligging in het dorp. Je kunt iedere dag verse broodjes halen bij de bakker. Pizzabakker naast de deur en een goed restaurant op loopafstand in het centro storico. Enkele minder positieve punten: Keuken is goed uitgerust, maar de pannen zijn wel erg oud met versleten anti-aanbaklaag. Zwembad wordt schoon gemaakt met een robot, maar desondanks toch groene aanslag. In 1 badkamer is geen warm...

As we ranged from 14 to 85 years old- the rooms we had seemed destined for our own individual needs. Our room was perfect. Having both a separate and common entrance was a great unexpected perk! 'Het verblijf in Villa Simone is fantastisch. Na een drukke dag in overvol Rome is het heerlijk ontspannen in de tuin. Wat een rust en weg van de mensenmassa en het lawaai. Het huis maakt alle verwachtingen waar. Station Fidene ligt op enkele minuten loopafstand. Met de Carta Integrata Settimanale (7 dgn) reis je een hele week voor € 24,00 door Rome met trein, metro, tram en bus. Gemakkelijker kan het niet en tot 23:00 stopt er nog een trein in Fidene. Supermercati Castoro ligt vlakbij. We werden...

'La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. "Nieuw, ruim opgezet hotel. Grote tuin met diverse zitjes. Grote fitness met de nieuwste apparatuur. Elke dag kun je gratis water en stuks fruit pakken. Tegenover het hotel zit een tramhalte, met goede aansluiting om bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen. Stille kamers. Diverse gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt van het hotel. Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol. Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur. In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen. Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort. Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad."

"It was a small hotel. Every room had a different thema. Cinema, music,.... very clean. Free tea in the room Very friendly person at reception. Hotel was nearby center and Trevi. The negative point. No breakfast. But 2min from you had restaurants, bars, possibility to have breakfast. The hotel is situated at a steep road. Highly recommended. "

"Prima hotel. Geen badjassen of -slippers. We zouden een fles wijn krijgen, maar die was er niet. Ontbijt leuk, maar geen lekkere Italiaanse broodjes of ander lekker brood. Geen idee wat hier speciaal aan was, maar het was een prima hotel met een perfecte ligging."
