'Very enjoyable stay at the apple shed, beautiful views, warm and cosy home away from home, lots of nature, bird life and wallabies around the property from the late afternoon, awesome walks along the river front with our furry family, close to wineries, local berries , apples and pears. Loved our extended stay and wouldn’t hesitate to have a return visit to this wonderful property.'

'We were so disappointed when we arrived, the house was tidy but definitely not cleaned. After finding other hazards, including a blood trail on the floor, we decided to leave. My family, including our 4 children, had to promptly try to find new accomodation, hours from home. Upon speaking to the lady in charge, she was extremely rude, extremely un helpful and refused to be of any help to us, or reimburse us for the any of it, despite staying no longer than 40 minutes. 'A lovely old homestead surrounded by welcoming lawn and gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious & charmingly rustic. It suited the needs of our extended family of 7 adults & 4 children. Our only disappointment was a few basic items that were missing .. there was no salt & pepper, cooking oil & an inadequate supply of toilet paper for the length of stay we’d booked for 11 people.
