'During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

'When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. '

'The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'When we arrived to check in at 7:30pm the room was not ready. We had to wait additional time even though we were 4.5 hours after we could first check in. '

'The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!'

'The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...
