'Very nice place. It was very clean and we enjoyed staying there.'

'Joe is an excellent host, very friendly. Home was very homey he had fridge full of water and soft drinks and plenty of coffee. When we come back plan to stay there again. Made a homemade peanut butter cake and shared with us I had my morning coffee sitting out in the backyard.'

'Great place - very clean. Perfect location for Cedar Point.'

'This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.'

'Our stay was lovely - the house was as listed and pictured and was very comfortable. Joan was a joy to deal with.'

'Super clean, and very convenient to the fairgrounds. The washing machine needs some work, super loud and shaky. Bathroom could use a vent fan. But other than those two small items, this place was really good.'
