Pet Policy & Fees: No pets allowed.
Cleaning & Safety: We prioritize professional cleaning and disinfection to ensure guest safety.
Family-Friendly: Pack-n-plays, high chairs, and toys are available upon request (fees may apply).
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Cancellations: Please keep in mind that we will keep 3% of the payment you made to us to cover the credit card fees we had to pay at the time of booking.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
- Early check-in
- Late check-out
- Kayak rentals
- Paddleboard rentals
- Baby equipment rentals


All renters are responsible for any intentional damages or theft at our rental properties.  Additional charges may apply for items such as abuse, damage above normal wear & tear, theft and additional cleaning costs when necessary. 

What if I need to change my reservation?-
If a guest would like to change a home due to a variety of reasons (home does not suit needs, guest does not like location), we will attempt to alter reservation to another home to ensure guest satisfaction. Prices per home vary and guest will have to agree to the new rate prior to being moved. Guest will have to pay cleaning fees per home and applicable pet fees per home. 

What about cancellations?
Cancellations can happen and we want to try to work with guests. Airbnb only allows us a set cancellation policy which we set as Strict. Although we don`t allow for immediate reimbursements, we will offer a credit for a future stay if the property is able to be rebooked for your dates!
