I was disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the front desk staff announced my room number aloud in the lobby where other guests could hear, which felt like a privacy and security concern. Additionally, when I entered the room, there was a strong odor that resembled pet urine. The smell persisted throughout my stay and made the room feel unclean. I hope management addresses both guest privacy at check-in and room cleanliness standards.
