'Gene came to the rescue after a previous venue cancelled a reservation a week before the planned date.His house comfortably hosted all 20 of us.The cabinets and switches in the living room and kitchen area was all clearly marked.Beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses are larger than expected.The location was quiet yet convenient.Gene himself was very responsive as a host, answering all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner.This is definitely a venue I would reserve again...

'Well organized loft, very spacious, large bathroom with plenty of counter space. The bed was super comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay in St Augustine. It is just a couple of blocks to the restaurants and shops downtown. It was great to have a designated parking spot there. We were able to park and just walk everywhere.
