'My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!'

'If your pet doesn’t mind stairs this is ideal. Fenced in yard was a must, but I didn’t expect to see previous pet poop scattered throughout the backyard. I picked it all up and wondered why there’s a pet fee when it was such a disaster. I always pick up after my pet and was extremely disappointed that that wasn’t done before we arrived. 'The space was exactly how described. The host wasted no time pointing us to the entrance, and is very friendly. It was reasonably priced and we would stay here again if we found ourself near South Jacksonville again. This is an upstairs loft style setup so you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, maybe six to eight. The walk from the parking area to the entrance was all about 100 ft so very convenient. It's 2 minutes down the street from a circle K in 5 minutes from a Publix and...

'Our family really enjoyed the pool, The only issue I saw there was no bar on the steps into the pool which made it difficult to enter. Also, the lack of Toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.'

'Everything was exactly as described in the ads. Cleanliness is a 12 out of 10. You can be at the outlets or downtown in 5 min, so this is in a great location. Liz is a wonderful host and we would highly recommend. '
