« We had an absolutely beautiful week in the beach cottage. The setting is stellar, the cabin is adorable and we slept with the doors wide open, lulled to sleep by the gentle waves. We swam and fished off the dock, had cocktails at sunset and coffee in the Adirondack chairs as the sun came up. Just an idyllic week, we are already dreaming about coming back! »

« The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

« This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure. »

« We love Acadia and this was a unique and fun home to stay in. We hadn’t stayed on this side of the island and I am glad we did. It was a fun location to do some things we hadn’t done before and the house/kitchen was perfect for us as a stopping ground. I would suggest adding another railing up to the loft, where the netting decoration is. Our kids ended up finding places to sleep on the main level because we were a little worried about safety coming down the stairs at night. It was also hot so...

« Adorable tiny home cabin! Perfect spot because you can get to so many things. Peepers and the fire crackling at night, along with hiking around Acadia National Park, made this a perfect experience. So glad to get away from reality for a couple days and just enjoy nature and good company. »
