'Dawson Inn was cozy and a really nice place to stay. The manager was very nice and pleasant to talk to. The Breakfast wasn't the usual "Holiday Inn" type breakfast but it was all we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the directions given by Google Maps. It took us off on the wrong exit and into the backwoods country on a tiny narrow road and our destination was a wooded lot. I'm glad we weren't traveling at night - we might not have seen some of the hairpin...

'There were dogs in hotel and barking. Rooms were worn (marble sink was cracked and awkwardly caulked - not to classy. There were dents and furniture chips. Very worn . 'Beautiful suite that consisted of a living area with beautiful coffee bar, small frig and microwave. The decor and furnishings were so beautiful. The bathroom not only had a gorgeous shower but the floor marble tiles were heated! The bathroom was large with a nice size vanity and huge mirror. Our Friday night stay was a little loud outside pretty late. There was a big wedding reception at The General Lewis and we could hear the loud music. It finally quieted down around midnight. 'Staff'

'The room had an odd smell but was clean. The shower had no soap for the shower. We had to use the soap meant to wash hands. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. The bed was super hard causing me to wake up multiple times. The walls were so thin, I thought the person beside us heard our conversation.The breakfast was nasty. The worse sausage gravy ever. The apple juice had mold in it my wife said. The nice staff did apologize for the apple juice and offered a discount. I was just ready to leave....

'Hot water took about 5 mins, pillows were horrible, mattress was lumpy and old. I expected a lot more from a Hilton hotel.'

'The unit was nicely appointed, clean, pet friendly (at a reasonable rate), in the downtown area, where restaurants, specialty shops, and historic features were all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the amenities were sufficient for our needs. We will definitely book a stay here again.'

'This Holiday Inn is one of the most economical Holiday Inn’s and it is also the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. Service is always good and the property is clean. The gentleman working the breakfast was very attentive to guests and made sure the food was always brought out when something got low.'

'We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property in Hinton.The surrounding neighborhood was older, but interesting. If you bring a dog and take it walking, beware that there are some big menacing dogs behind some inadequate fencing in the area (not talking about the ones right across the street).We stayed in an upstairs unit.
