'During my stay, Victor was kind, hospitable, funny, and polite. We did make a complaint about a staff member following us to our room when exiting the elevator. That same staff member opened our door even when we had the do not disturb sign on.'

'Instalaciones viejas, para el costo deberia ser mejor. Solo te dan 2 botellas de agua y dejan cosas ahi en la habitación que si las consumes debes pagar, seria mejor incluirlo en el costo y no verse tan tacaños. No volvería.'

'Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason...

'Coco La Palm was overall very nice. For several years we have stayed at places with a kitchen so it was odd to not have any utensils or napkins for leftovers. The beach is very nice but after a week the daily hustle of people wanting to sell you stuff gets old. The continental breakfast with an option to upgrade was perfect for mornings.'
