'Our stay at Rocky Gap Casino & Resort was not quite what we expected. We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but we did experience a few issues during our visit. The shower water was only lukewarm, and we ended up having to switch rooms twice. The first room did not have the golf view we were expecting, and the second room had an issue with the bed being uncomfortable because it seemed to be caving in. 'Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...
