We needed a place to stay close to down town Mobile for the Christmas holidays that allowed dogs and was quiet: mission accomplished! Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well. 'Joshua was so helpful and accommodating to our family for our stay. There are not many options other than hotels for the west mobile area so we were happy to find this one. The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner. 'We were late to check in do to a storm. We contacted the owner and they was more than understanding. They even turned the porch light on for us so when we arrived we would be able to see. This was very thoughtful . The house was clean a good layout. They had rolls of trash bags complimentary waters coffee sugar and creamer for weeks if I needed to stay longer.
