This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well. We did complain and did receive an extra night free of charge. We were visiting relatives and had no other place to go so we did stay an extra night. The location was convenient and we were able to bring our pets. The grounds were very nice but there was a lot of dog droppings on the grounds which were not picked up by other dog owners. The only positive was the hosts were very responsive.
