'Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall.
Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade.
Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement.
Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid.'

'As always the accommodation was excellent. The welcoming staff from security to front desk with a smile and courteous. Love to spend time during the evenings at level 1 lounge was relaxing and great hospitality from the waiters. There are always room of improvements to focus on customer / guest attractions.
