This home is perfect for a girls weekend, family adventure, professional team building or multi-generational stays.
The oversized hot tub is tucked under a covered veranda. The lower deck accommodates additional seating and dining space along with a grill right on the water. The next tier connects to a cantilevered dock over the lake to launch the kayaks. While there’s no boat ramp on-site, guests can store a small, shallow-bottom boat at the dock.
You can also gather around a custom-built fire pit and Adirondack chairs - there are SO many places for people to gather and create memories.
The property features multiple outdoor areas, including a second-floor balcony overlooking the lake, an outdoor dining area, and a lounge with beautiful outdoor furniture. The swimming pool area offers sun tanning lounges and plenty of seating.
Surrounded by mature trees and abundant wildlife, The Lake Château is the perfect blend of elegance and natural beauty.

Accommodations:

This home boasts 3 private bedrooms (1 with an en suite bathroom and 2 with a Jack and Jill connected bathroom) and 1 oversized bunk room with its own bathroom that can also be used as a pool bath since it connects to the outside area.
A half bath is also conveniently located in the main living quarters.

The Kensington Primary Suite:
Step into a serene retreat where vintage charm meets modern luxury. The centerpiece is a stunning round king-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The curated vanity area, complete with plush seating, is ideal for a touch of pampering. Access to quad wall outlets on both sides (as well as in the Primary bathroom) allows for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Enjoy a refreshing experience in the full bathroom, equipped with modern finishes, a bathtub and shower.

Peacock Paradise Bedroom:
This beautiful upstairs bedroom offers privacy and its own AC unit. The queen size bed and plush pillows are sure to offer a peaceful nights rest. An additional vanity area is located inside the bedroom with access to additional outlets as well as a large closet.
The bathroom connects between this bedroom and the Majesty Suite.

Majesty Suite:
Upstairs bedroom featuring a comfy queen size size bed and 1 set of bunk beds (sleeping 3 total) with a bathroom connecting to the Peacock Paradise bedroom. A large closet to house belongings and a private AC unit allows complete control over desired temperature.

West Palm Bunk Room:
This oversized sleeping/ living quarters encompasses the entire west-wing of the home.
2 king size beds and 4 twin beds along with 3 trundle beds and 1 pull out couch can accommodate 12 guests in this 1 area! The full bathroom is located inside the bunk room and can double as a pool bath with direct access to the backyard.

Living Areas:

The oversized living area tucked around a stone fireplace (decorative only) features a down filled sectional sofa and 2 custom leather chairs with plenty of room to pull up additional seating, if needed. This area spills into the open sunroom with a wall of windows overlooking the beautiful backyard, pool and lake. Additional seating as well as a bistro table with 4 chairs allows guests to spread out while still being together in one space.

Dining:
The vintage dining table seats 8 guests (with room to pull up additional chairs, if needed). Adjacent to the table are 3 french barstools at the kitchen island. Backed up to the sofa in the living room, a console table with 3 ottoman seats can double as additional dining space.
Once you add the bistro table seating in the sunroom, you can comfortably seat 18 guests at a table for dining or playing games.

Kitchen:
This kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates (both indoor and outdoor), flatware, cups and glasses as well as serving trays and barware. A coffee station with coffee, creamer, and 2 drip coffee pots will serve multiple guests at one time.
The oven and cooktop are both electric. Pots, pans, baking and casserole type dishes are all available.

Laundry Room:
This home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer available to use during your stay.
An iron and small ironing board are stored here as well as the pack and play baby crib with sheets and high chair.
Pool towels are stored either on top shelf of pantry inside laundry room or in outdoor bins on back patio.
