After 15 hours on the road, we just wanted to get some sleep. As soon as we turned the sheets down, we saw there was cigarette burn holes in both the fitted and the top sheet, which made us wonder if they had even been changed since the holes were lined up perfectly. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. We ended up having to go down to the front desk and waited several minutes for the receptionist to even come out. We told him our issues and he told us the sheets were definitely clean and he would not change our room but instead offered us new sheets, which we also told us we had to put on ourselves because there was “no one else there to do it”. Definitely do not recommend.
