'Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again.'

But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Everything was good. Staff was super friendly. Chinatown, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Pier 11 is a 3 min walk from hotel. You can catch the ferry there to go to Dumbo & Brooklyn bridge. Subway station to go to Times Square is a 5 min walk. Also many food options around the hotel.

'Drie nachten verbleven in Sonder. Mooi appartement maar dit is geen hotel! Het is een appartementencomplex en daarom zijn er ook geen voorzieningen zoals bar, restaurant, schoonmaak etc. Dat viel ons een beetje tegen omdat je voor alles de deur uit moet. Er is een zwembadje maar ook daar zijn geen voorzieningen dus da’s een beetje saai. Het appartement is wel van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals volledig ingerichte keuken, was-en droogcombinatie.
Buiten wordt wel op heel veel plekken geblowd, dus...
'Very nice and clean hotel. The location is great, right off the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge. Breakfast was good too. Great hotel for exploring both Manhattan and Brooklyn, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Rooms are quite decent size especially for NY standards. Would recommend. '
'In a world where you can buy anything you want, this hotel just makes me happy. It's old style feel like your back in time. The slow elevator doesn't matter because they just have a few floors and a few rooms.
The team is always nice and even that breakfast is small, it's everything I need.

"Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. "
