Engadin Golf Samedan & Zuoz-Madulain

La chambre pour 3 était minuscule et très chère en terme de qualité/prix (plus petite qu’1 formule 1 ou Ibis et double du prix- voire triple avec prix français). Nous avions à peine la possibilité d’y mettre nos valises. SDB minuscule aussi. Elle donnait sur une route principale (avec un mur qui répercute encore plus le bruit) venant des hauteurs très fréquentée par bus, camions etc. Il faisait terriblement chaud et pas moyen d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit et des pots d’échappements. Des boules quies étaient présentes ainsi que 2 ventilateurs mais cela n’aura pas suffit à bien dormir. Le petit dej pas terrible du tout non plus. A l’accueil c’était des jeunes qui se sont montrées souriantes et aidantes. Pas de français. Proche des commerces et de la gare

We were very disappointed. We booked two rooms for two nights. The first night there was a party going on in the lobby under our room (room 108) which ended at 2:30 am!! We could not sleep because of the loud music, bass and screaming drunk people. When we called to the reception at 1:00 am to ask what was going on, the guy told us there was a weddingparty going on and that it would end at 1:30. This was not the case, at 2:30 the music finally stopped and the guest went to bed so we could finally sleep. Also on Monday morning we woke up at 7:30 due to construction works. We came here for peace and to reload so we were very disappointed :( Restaurant staff was not very friendly too. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only negative was the hotel had temporary air conditioners (we visited 8/31-9/2) which had a hose that had to be put out of the windows. Otherwise, the beds were great and we had a little sitting area that give us more room. Key point for us-the bathroom had a solid wall (not glass) and light switch INSIDE the door, so my spouse was not disturbed by later night visits to the bathroom. Great location in the middle of Old Town. I would stay again.
