'Everything was fantastic, the only thing that I was not excited about was the food that was served. The hot food was not great, the potatoes were cold, the ham was overcooked. Everything else was fantastic.'

'I booked a suite hoping it might be a bit nicer than just a room. The room was sparse and fairly clean, but done very economically with little appeal to the eye. The towel racks were rusted. The tub fixtures were very cloudy as if they didn't scrub them and the soap scum had built up. We used this hotel because we had a pet and the pet fee was only $25 compared to the $75 they charge at other hotels. We have a 5lb dog that doesn't shed, so felt $75 was a bit steep. 'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms).
