« The house was lovely, lots of room, great for our family to stay. It's close to main street in Adare - a short drive, and in a residential area so it was nice and quiet. The only complaints are that the water temperature was fussy - hot then cold, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom very old and need replacement/repair. There also was not a whirlpool/hot tub, as listed, only a sitting tub (with no whirlpool). However, we were overall pleased with our stay here. »

The area is rural, so if you are looking for the convenience of not having to drive, this is not the place for you. « We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage. It had three double bedrooms(one upstairs) an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area which was all minimalistic but modern and had every amenity we needed for our stay (Con even left us tea/coffee/bread and milk) We felt at home straightaway and all said we could live there. The bathroom was again modern in an old worldly setting, with plenty of hot water...
