This house is as advertised. Appears small from the front, but is spacious and suited our family of 5 perfectly. Nice quiet street, walkable to downtown & even to the N side of the river (via crosswalk, to hot springs, etc.). Glenwood Springs is our new favorite mountain town! It is beautiful, has lots of active pursuits, and many unique offerings (hot springs, Doc Holliday). Flexible and responsive host; great value. Would definitely recommend!

An older home with charming decor and set up. The home is walkable to town and in a pleasant neighborhood. We could walk to the ice cream shoppe and the river trail! Good communication with the host. Simple check-in and the home was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked.

We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs staying at this house. The house was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated all the night lights, something most hosts don’t think about. The house had everything you could want or need. All the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The living room was comfortable. Communication was awesome. Highly recommend this rental.

This is a great place to stay! We had an issue with the AC unit and the owner addressed it immediately. He sent someone over and it was fixed when we got back from being out for the day. It was nice to have a separate sleeping area in the basement with a bathroom since we had two families staying there. The house is within walking distance to everything downtown.

The size of the house was perfect for our family. We had all the kitchen items necessary to cook our meals. Nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. Appreciated having towels specifically to take to the Hot Springs. It was a short walk to downtown and close to grocery store. I would definitely consider renting this house again.
