'Communication with the host was great. They even did special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. It was a cute bnb in a cute quiet neighborhood. Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again. '

'The place was in an ideal location for enjoying golf and hiking/ exploring the area. The theme was cute and the place had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners were responsive and check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend it. '

'So unique, fantastic location in a wonderful small mountain town. Close to Glenwood Springs. Great bathroom, plenty of refrigerator space and enough kitchen amenities to make a home cooked meal! Comfortable beds and there are privacy partitions for the sleeping area which is a great touch. Finally, the check in/check out procedures are seamless and the host is super attentive and friendly. Will certainly look at this place again the next time we are in the area. '

'Our Colorado room was beautiful. We appreciated the beautiful decor, air conditioning, far over bed, fireplace and shampoo and soap since we forgot ours, and complimentary drinks in fridge and a wonderful breakfast in the morning and coffee with creamer. We will be back again. '

'What a great place! 100% recommend the stay here. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The owners were delightful and the alpacas were such a wonderful treat. The only downside was that the lower level (where we stayed) was VERY noisy when there were other occupants above. I'm pretty sure there was a family with a few small children staying above and the kids ran everywhere. No fault of the property owners, of course, but be prepared for the possibility of noisy neighbors. '

'This house was lovely. Utensils, sliver-wear, and everything else we needed was clean and well organized. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The house has a lovely backyard and is walking distance from downtown. The decor was a stylish balance of classic and new.'

'We loved our stay! So easy to walk to everything and ride our bikes. The unit had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!'

'Host was super accommodating with everything we needed in the kitchen to make yummy meals from morning tea and coffee to baking pizzas or a steak on the barbie bbq and wanted to come home and chillax from so many adventures!. We had the most fun that we added another day. :) From morning coffee and yoga in the back yard to walks with amazing views and short walk or drive to all the fun down town! If you want to relax in a cozy home check this out. Thanks for our family memories! '

'The house is so cute and cozy. I stayed there with my 3 kids ages 11-19. There was plenty of space for us to spread out in the evenings or come together to watch movies in the living room. We loved the cappuccino maker in the mornings before heading out for hiking/biking! We would definitely stay here again.'

'We loved seeing the alpacas every day. The house is clean and well-stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils and cookware. Unfortunately the jetted tub was not working, but the owner was not aware. Hope to stay again soon!'

'The grounds are fantastic. We used the firepit and saw 2 vultures in a tree in the back yard. The house is nice if a little dated. A lot of thought went into comfort including several window ac units, local activity suggestions, etc. The highway noise was very noticeable even in the back yard but easy to talk over without raising voices.'

"Middelmatig hotel prijs/kwaliteit. Ontbijt was naar Amerikaanse normen goed. Kamers zijn zeer slecht geïsoleerd en dagelijkse schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Geeft een beetje een "motel" gevoel met uitzicht op de parking. Vriendelijkheid medewerkers was afhankelijk van persoon tot persoon. Positief was aanwezigheid van zwembad en aanwezigheid van enkele padel pleinen, 's avonds mogelijkheid tot gezellig buiten samenzitten rond open (gas)haard en gratis huren van gewone fietsen (e-bikes zijn betalend). Ook ligging van hotel is prima: ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Ruime parking"
