The grass needed to be mowed and there were some electrical issues, a lamp in the bedroom had a short in it, the wall outlets did not all work, outside lights in back by fire pit didn’t work. 'David was very responsive. We had a situation that came up with the house and when I called he immediately handled the issue. The house is very cute and cozy. It was my mom and I which we were there to visit the Ark and museum. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing food as there are not many options for eating.'

'Excellent option less than 2 miles from the Ark Encounter with easy access to the property right off the highway and convenient parking right in front of each unit. Wife loved the cute tiny home and it had plenty of room with 2 bed, 2 baths, kitchen and living area. Sheets and towels immaculately clean. Washer dryer fridge…coffee and tea provided. So much better than a hotel!'
