Pensions in Giverny

'Beautiful property. Very quaint. Conveniently down the road to Monet Gardens, house and museum. Lovely breakfast.'

'Property looked great in pictures, fairly decent upon arrival. The main disappointment was that there was absolutely no one present in the whole property when we arrived. We had to call a phone number and wait until the receptionist arrived and took us to our room. The restaurant was not open and so was the spa. The property and room were fair but we would not recommend this place at all for the absolute lack of service availability.'

'Lovely host (owner?) welcomed us. Little english but good use of translation app. Small, quiet property with a nice view over the valley. Room was new and very well done and equipped with everything one would need. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms are laid out such that other guests walk past your patio and doors which is probably unavoidable but obviously has an impact on privacy. The grounds are only partially complete but it really isn't an issue. I suppose the oddest issue...

'Perfect stay. Beautiful French estate, great location Ouest of Paris, quiet and peaceful close to the Seine river. Gorgeous! Great breakfast and possibility for dinner on site. Great food and chef! Wonderful place!'

'Fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Goed gegeten in het 1 ster restaurant. Meerdere eetgelegenheden (van verschillende prijsniveaus). Mooi en schoon zwembad.'

'Siamo state accolte dalla proprietaria, gentilissima e diponibile.

'The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting on the river. It feels like they have recently updated the rooms and bathrooms but the carpets are horrendous. When you walk into the hallways the stains are so bad that I didn't want to stay there and was immediately worried about the rooms. The rooms were nice but with the same terrible carpet. FIrst impressions matter and it is a bad first impression. The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast was great with views of the river. No elevator to...

'Very helpful friendly owners Allowed us to check in early as we were exhausted from a long flight to get there. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The stone building and walled in grounds give off that old French charm. Would highly recommend this stay'
