'Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. 'There is almost no where to stay in Gilmer, but this cabin was perfect. You can hear the road noise, but it’s really not horrible. We have family of 6, with kids between the ages of 1-14. Everyone had their own bed, and our older kids thought the loft was really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The A/C works great. My kids enjoyed walking the property too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. '

'Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. '

'Cozy Cabin is just that! Its small, but clean & well appointed ... comfortable bed, nice li ens & towels, great a/c, full kitchen! We love the updated bath & kitchen. Great appliances! Plus, wonderful outdoor spaces. We grilled out the 1st night. We would stay here again.'

'I was I a fishing tournament on Bob Sandlin so didn’t get to spend much time there. But very private access beautify country setting in the woods and everting you need in a tiny home especially fir1 person. Shower was great and bedroom cool and comfortable .'

'I was looking for a few days of weekday retreat and found it. There were a few other guests on the property but it still was quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for an escape from Dallas Fort Worth that's not an all day drive then this is it!'

'Truly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Just a few suggestions. Replace grill grate...the one we used was pretty warped. Rugs needed vacuuming/washed. Cabin had a pretty musty smell. The tub needs a mat asap. Randy fell just turning around in it. Extremely slippery.'

We had other guest stopping at our cabin trying to find out where their cabin was .The cabin was so cute. Loved the whole experience. Met Cindy that cleans the cabins. She was very helpful and nice. 'The cabin was laid out very well. The porch was great to sit, drink coffee and watch the turtles in the water. Fishing right in front of the cabin was great. We loved the convenience of Circle M Crawfish being across the street for lunch or dinner. We will def be back!'
