'We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay.'

My family and I stayed here for my boyfriend’s basic training graduation at Fort Jackson and it was super close and easily accessible. Every time I had a question, the hosts were very quick to respond and also very kind. I would totally recommend staying here! '

However when i messaged the owner she was very prompt about messaging me back and sje worked it out for us. She was not aware the reservations did not specify no boats. 'The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.'
