'The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. 'For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. When the guy at the front desk finally showed up, there was no apologies, no greeting but a simple do you want to check in, unprofessional service at its best. Woke up in the morning, there was no hot water in the room at all, called the front desk to find out what was going...
