'This apartment is a bit out of town but has amazing views and is right on a cheap bus route. There is a lovely bakery a short walk away and we ate out on the terrace under the orange tree watching the world go by and the cruise liners in the bay.The air conditioning works well and is really quiet. 'This is a small apartment in the heart of the action. Easy walk to everything's you want to see. The apartment was clean and Anna was helpful with tips and arranging taxis. Surprisingly quiet at night for a historic apartment. Strongly recommended.'

'We stayed in this villa for a cycling trip with six people. For this purpose, the villa is great with a nice location for numerous trips, a pool to cool down in, and a breathtaking view when relaxing after a ride. There are some nice little towns around, a bit off the beaten track. The house has six beds (excl. the couches) so with six everyone has his/her own bed. Kitchen is equipped well enough to cook for all. Only downside is the steep, gravel road you need to climb and descent on each trip....

'We had a great stay. It was very clean and close to the heart of Taormina. Big shower. Great kitchen. Excellent communication with the owner. The stairs are a little hard to get up and down but also very charming. Parking is difficult and you need to walk 10 minutes as you can’t park right next to the place. Overall, highly recommend!'

'We stayed at Casa Spisone with our family of 6. The house is in a great location, walk to the beach, mini market and Taormina cable car. We spent most of our time at Mazarro beach which is sandy and has a small public area. The house was great for the family with two bedrooms downstairs, although you walk through one to get to the other. Carparking was a bonus and we used the outdoor patio a lot. 'Positive: This is a cute place in the town of Taormina. Negative: it is LOUD. They’re a lot noise until very late at night (ie 2am). Not only that, there’s the garbage/ recycling truck that comes by EVERY morning around 7am. This could have been mentioned in the description of the house.
