'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Hotel is beautifully located and the gardens are an absolute pleasure to spend some warm evenings enjoying a drink or waterpipe. '

'I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. '
