'We had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn Giza. This was our second time here. We had some problems with our delayed luggage, Sama in the reception team went above and beyond to help us out with getting our luggage back. 'The location of the hotel is very nice: sight on the pyramids when you lay in bed. On top of that is the hotel modern and the people who work there are more than wonderfull: Zahar does the cleaning perfectly and the people of the reception are so so so helpfull. No question is too much. They book trips aswell with nice chauffeurs who know their way. Also for a reasonable price. This hotel is really worthwhile booking. I certainly would come back!!!'

'Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. '

'Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo.
