'We stayed at this house for two nights for a wedding near by, and the house is beautiful and so clean. There are lots of bathrooms and bed. The whole house is super spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax. The house is also across the street from a nice park if you want a nice stroll. I would stay again if I'm in town.'

'We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!'

The beds were okay. The appliances worked well.'

'A very convenient place, I highly recommend it. Wonderful hosts, immediate response to any request. Thank you.'

'We loved staying here, host was great, place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.'

'Bring extra socks and a sweater, it is cold in the basement unit. You can hear the kids upstairs as well, so bring earplugs for a good sleep. Otherwise, the hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, and they left us a parking spot, water bottles and 2 Made Good bars. 5 min drive to Nottsawaga Inn was great.'

'Property was infested with spiders, so much so that they were coming out of the light fixtures after we removed hundreds from them from inside of the property. Cleaning was inadequate, noting hair clumps throughout the property, dirty bed linens, dirty fridge, uncleaned toilet. The outside space was also uninhabitable based on the degree of spider infestation. Property manager was drinking when we arrived, asked us to help him clean (he also lives next door apparently). After cleaning for hours,...
