'The room was fantastic, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay'

'Checkin was quick, there weren't alot of people around but it was very good. Room was on level 1 which was a level down from reception with stair access (no lift down to level) which wasn't an issue for us. Room was clean and well presented. No fan in the bathroom which is honestly a silly move but thats just my opinion. Was a very large step up into and out of the bath/shower. Note this was not classed as an accessible room (they have those on other levels). We didn't have shear curtains, only...

'Absolutely hassle free stay. We had a kitchenette room. No problems with anything. Comfy bed. Instant hot water, beautiful soft towels. Can't fault it. Infact we stopped again on our way home.'

'The room was very clean and well organised.'

'Comfortable and quiet, despite being located on a hill next to the highway. Executive rooms have a small balcony with very nice views. A simple breakfastbuffet is included. Some rooms/bathrooms are suitable for disabled persons. '

'Clean, convenient, comfortable'

'Prima Motel. Aardige gastvrouw, alles prima in orde. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima.'

'Great clean room'

'Upgraded to a 1st floor 1-bedroom unit which was excellent. However, there were some air conditioning units outside the bedroom window that were very noisy all through the night (and day). Also the noise of both adjacent units running showers was extremely loud.'

'A great simple room and perfect location for us needing access to Mount Panorama. Check in was without a human, but no drama as communication was perfect and simple.'

'It’s a nice simple place. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of things.'

'Staff was lovely room was good only complaints was the pool was closed during our stay and the doors to the bedrooms where hard to open and close which i needed to do because my toddler knows how to open the front door but overall was a good stay will definitely stay again'

'Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.'
