'The property is uniquely situated within 2 minutes of the arc de triomphe and the Champs Elysées. the ligne 6 of the metro station is 30 seconds away as well whichw as very convenient. 'We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. 'Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Der Zugang geht über eine Art Hühnerleiter. Ebenso zu zwei Schlafzimmern. Zu acht nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Bei schlechtem Wetter schlecht. Einen Garten haben wir nicht gefunden. Ein Bad ist einfach zu wenig. War aber alles sauber. Die Lage ist okay. Mit Bus und Bahn ca. eine Stunde ins Zentrum. "Echt een ideaal, net en betaalbaar hotel in Parijs. Aan de Seine, op 10-12 min lopen van de Eiffeltoren EN 1 van de opstapplaatsen van de Hop on Hop off bussen (o.a die van Tootbus). Veilige buurt, auto kan tegen betaling volledig afgesloten worden geparkeerd. Verbleven hier met onze 2 kids (10 en 12). Hele fijne bedden, geweldige douche. In onze eerste kamer wilde het raam alleen niet open, geen probleem want we konden zo wisselen met een andere kamer. Personeel in alles heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. En de lobby... fantastisch. Leuk met al die (gratis) arcade games."
