« Very close to downtown GOTL and across from a park to watch the sunset. It was easy to go to Ashtabula, check out covered bridges, wineries, the beach and go zip lining. Very clean and everything was as expected. »

« Very clean and cozy place, great location for the Woof, Wag, and Wine trail! Short drive to the Grand River Valley Wineries for the afternoon with our pup, then dropped him off at the house and was able to walk to the park (with the beach) and the beautiful Vincent Williams Winery for date night. Nice fenced in backyard with very friendly neighbors. House has everything for a relaxing getaway. »

« It was a great location for relaxing with an incredible lake view or to explore GOTL. We hired a local private wine tour company ( Next Flight) and visited multiple local wineries. The only “ negative” regarding the property was that we didn’t know in advance it contains zero closets. If we book it again we will pack accordingly with clothes that aren’t intended to be hung on hangers. « This was our second stay at this group of cottages. They are all in a great location and are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for a short walk or drive to all the attractions, and the neighborhood is great for morning dog walks. The cottages are also stocked with necessities. »

« This location was great! Lots of parking. The location was near the end of the strip, but still close enough that you were able to walk to everything. Right next to East End, so you got to enjoy the live music while hanging out by the fire pits. The place was very clean. « Great weekend to get the cousins/family together! Nice quiet location. The kids enjoyed fishing and the water (even though it was cold) - access to the water was a little rough due to erosion, (rocky and not really a easy access) but view was beautiful. « Not trying to be rude but the drinking cups in the kitchen had coffee grounds in some of them. There were ants everywhere! We found clothes from a former renter on the floor in the bedroom....towels were clean and smelled nice but overall the inside and outside of the home was not clean »

« Lesa was amazing to work with. The house was clean and beautiful. The yard is large and completely fenced in. We came to Geneva for a 21st birthday for my son, but we will definitely be back with our family. I would stay here anytime! »
