'We stayed at Venus Pyramids Inn in Cairo for 8 days (2 people, €114.64 total). We booked through Expedia and chose the most expensive room because we wanted specific features, including a bath. When we arrived, staff said our booking was not visible and we had to wait on the rooftop while a room was prepared. 'You cannot fault the cleanliness, the egyptian meal i had was very nice, the view from the roof terrace was spot on. Yes it's basic so don't expect the Hilton but for me it was everything I needed for a few nights to vist the pyramids and cairo museum. The staff were very good and the words I kept hearing " not a problem "'

'The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one'
