'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. 'The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house. 'Wij verbleven in een familiekamer na een transatlantische vlucht. Gekozen voor deze accomodatie omdat vroeg inchecken (11:00) mogelijk was. Prijs was verder ook ok. Afstand tot LGW ook. Hotel/guesthouse is gevestigd in een oud pand van voor 1900. Erg goed onderhouden allemaal. Ziet er netjes uit. Als je grotere hotels gewend bent, dan is het een (klein) nadeel dat je een dag van te voren het tijdstip van het ontbijt moet inplannen. Ontbijt was trouwens prima. Transfer van en naar de luchthaven...
