'The ownership here is wonderful, and the property is a picturesque and well maintained retro fifties inn. We unexpectedly arrived early after a long drive, and were allowed to check in at no additional cost. Getting the sleep we needed was a godsend. This is, and will always be, our "go to" hotel for our annual visits to New England! Five Stars all around.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...
