The Fox’s Den Rules and Policies
Note*** Never under any circumstances leave trash or food outside or in cars as there are bears in the area and this will attract them.
Parties are not allowed
Pets are not allowed
3 parking spots 2 upper 1 lower
No smoking in or outside of the cabin
Doors, windows, and car doors should remain closed and locked at all times because bears are smart and will break in.
WARNING: FOR YOUR SAFETY THERE IS A FAMILY OF BEARS IN THE RESORT PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES DO NOT APPROACH THEM OR FEED THEM
If stay is 5 days two garbage pickups are included one mid stay and one upon checkout. If staying more than 5 days you can request an extra garbage pickup for a fee of $25 per pickup if needed. Or you may go to the local dump free of charge: Convenience Center Garbage Dump Pittman Center (6.5 mi) 3362 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
We will not send back any items that were left behind so please check all drawers, cabinets, and storage areas.
We would also appreciate if items that belong to the cabin stay in the cabin and please report to owner if anything was damaged during your stay or if anything was broken upon arrival please notify within 24 hours.
