We loved our stay! The cabin was clean, spacious, and close to shopping and Gatlinburg attractions. The kids LOVED the game room and the grandparents enjoyed the porch. When we reached out to the owners with a question about the TV, they responded immediately, and the check-in process was a breeze. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful cabin, well appointed and nicely furnished. Game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace in the evenings. Great communication from host and smooth booking all around. Follow suggestion from host regarding best way to approach steep driveway and you will be fine. Highly recommended!

Great quiet escape

Very clean and comfortable cabin for our family of 6 - perfect for a quiet weekend away. We enjoyed being away from the crowds but could drive to local attractions if wanted within 30-45min. The drive up the mountain is steep! Watching videos beforehand was very helpful but not sure I would want to make the drive up in snow or ice. Otherwise, very fun weekend and we even saw a bear pass by while we were enjoying the hot tub!

Disappointed

This property is VERY misleading to the pics posted on website. Another property rental by AirB’B has been built right smack in front of property we rented. See photoThis was the communication sent to me after booking! The driveway is STEEP, and approached from the wrong angle, your vehicle may scrape as you enter. It's best to drive past the driveway and turn around in the nearby intersection. In order for us to drive up to rental drive way we had to backup onto another road and turn right onto Deerpath Lane to drive up the drive way. The drive way was very narrow, steep and had a curve to it. Only way we could exit property was to back down it. We made sure we were back at property before dark because of danger of backing off of road or drive way. The driveway is VERY steep and the roads in Cobbly Nob are narrow and curvy. If any inclement weather may be expected, we recommend a vehicle with all-wheel drive. (That said, folks have done just fine in sedans in the summertime) If you are inexperienced with or feel any anxiety about driving steep, narrow, curvy roads in the mountains, please have a look at this dashcam video so you know what you're getting into. These roads can be scary to. It states that the roads are steep and can be SCARY and that there is no roadside parking Had no knowledge of this in property listing. NO Adequate parking Unless one is driving a compact car no way could turn vehicles around. Weeds as tall as 5’ around property. Deck seating filthy

Mountain Getaway

Stayed here the week before Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect getaway up in the mountains! The house was perfect for four people and our puppy, and all the amenities suited us perfectly. From grilling on the porch, to sitting in the hot tub watching bears, we couldn’t have found a better Gatlinburg, mountain getaway.

If your not into complete quietness and amazing mountain views, this is not the place for you. The night sky is littered with millions of stars and the only sound uou hear is your own voice. 5 star cabin for the whole family.

PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect cabin! Spacious, clean and fully stocked, located close enough to all of the activities to enjoy them without the long haul back to the cabin afterwards. They even had Christmas decorations up, really just making it even more adorable! We brought our pets with us as well, and there is a completely contained porch you and your dogs can enjoy without any fears of them running off. I wish I was still there! We will be staying there from now on!

Wonderful Experience

Our family of 5 (kids aged 8, 4, and 2) stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The property owner sent us all the information right away and checked in with us throughout our stay. The cabin is exactly as advertised and very spacious for a family our size. My kids loved the hot tub and the game room! The beds were comfortable and all the basics were provided that we needed for the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and quiet

Rented it for a little weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. It’s pet friendly, so we could bring our dog, which was awesome! The cabin is about 8 min drive up the hills from the main road, and even though there’s a bunch of them around, it was still very quiet and nice. It had a fully equipped kitchen (even baking supplies and a crock pot), a hot tub that seats 4, a cool game room, 2 bedrooms and a swing on the porch that I personally enjoyed every morning=) The driveway is very steep and it was a little problematic one night after the rain (mostly because it was also covered in leaves and we have a tiny sedan). Dustin did a great job giving us very specific instructions on the best way to get up the driveway. Dustin is a great host. He made sure to leave us very detailed instructions on how to get to the property, the stores around, etc. And he checked on us on the second day to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a really great time and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a cute place to stay in the mountains, that’s still not far from Gatlinburg.

Slice of heaven

We had an amazing stay in the house in Gatlinburg, it was a cozy home nestled nicely up in the mountains. We loved sitting by the fire in the evenings warming our toes after soaking in the hot tub. One of our funnest activities was playing the table shuffle board located in the game room at the house, took my wife and I back to some of our "beginnings". Dustin, the host, is AMAZING, he was so kind to provide us with a surprised trophy for my wife and I's shuffleboard competition which was sooo much fun. I can't say enough wonderful things about the host, his communication and attention to all the details is second to none. The neighborhood is great with paved roads all the way up the the cabin. We were lucky enough to see a few bears on the way up to the cabin on a few different occasions, never at the cabin. We enjoyed playing the golf corse located at the foot of the mountain which was tranquil and beautiful. We will definitely rent this home again, I highly recommend it to anyone with a smaller family or to a couple who just needs a tranquil get away. We LOVED it ❤️ Thank you Dustin !!!!!!

Beautiful cabin with the best location

The pictures of this cabin doesn’t do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so clean. It has a welcome home feel to it. The view is breathtaking and the hot tube was a perfect touch to help relax. My girls 13 & 8 loved their loft area and the arcade game. It was just the perfect vacation spot and was close to everything. Loved being located middle of everything we wanted to do. The host really made us feel important by checking in on us and making sure we were having a great stay. I have already recommended this place to my parents who will be visiting Gatlinburg in the spring.

Great Experience

The cabin was very nice, the kitchen was surprisingly stocked with everything you would keep at home as far as dishes and even some basic spices. What stood out to me the most through our stay was the level of communication offered by the owners Dustin and his wife. Prior to arriving we had a few questions about the place and he was very responsive. We were there during the effects of Helene, and at one point the road out was flooded, we were concerned we weren't gonna be able to leave on our scheduled day so we reached out, they were amazing to work with and very understanding. Blissful hideaway high-up in the Smokey’s

Perfect cabin with all the mod cons and conveniences for a relaxed stay. Host’s communication from start to finish was great. Cabin was clean, comfortable and all amenities were in good working order. There is not much flat surface area around the cabin to walk a dog but we found a wonderful dog park within 15 min drive that our doggie enjoyed and we got to meet some super friendly locals. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again.
