Lower Level
The lower level built for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a spacious game room with a pool table, two arcade games, smart TV, and a stylish wet bar with bar seating- perfect for unwinding after a day in the Smokies. The comfortable lounge area includes a sofa that converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space.
This level also offers a bunk room with a twin-over-queen setup and a full bathroom with a tub, ideal for families or groups.

Essentials: We provide starter supplies including dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar are also provided, though you may wish to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub accommodates up to 7 guests. For safety, alcohol and glassware are not permitted near the hot tub. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Diving is strictly prohibited, and children under 18 must be supervised at all times. The hot tub is professionally drained, cleaned, and refilled prior to each stay by our housekeeping team and may not be fully heated upon arrival.

Propane: For guest convenience, the gas grill and three fire pit tables are connected to a central gas system for uninterrupted use throughout your stay—no propane tanks required.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cabin.

Wildlife / Nature: We maintain regular professional pest control; however, as the cabin is located in a natural mountain setting, guests may occasionally encounter insects or local wildlife, including bears and snakes. Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use, dispose of all trash in the provided bear-proof containers, and do not leave food outdoors or in vehicles. For everyone’s safety, please do not feed or approach wildlife.

Weather / Natural Events: No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your reservation.
