The cabin is the perfect location for access to downtown Gatlinburg and Rocky Top Sports. Pool/hot tub both very clean and huge hit for our family; the pool room has security features on the door and a pool alarm, great for peace of mind with kids! The decks allow for great hang out space and views. We were able to all remain entertained by the extras when we had some rain. Communication with the host was easy and quick responses. All the appliances were brand new and worked properly.

We stayed here over the New Year’s holiday and overall had a very good experience. The cabin is beautifully located on the mountain with great views, and while the roads require extra attention, that’s part of the experience. The location is excellent — close to Gatlinburg, about 24 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and near several great hikes.The amenities were a highlight: the hot tub was especially relaxing in the cold, the kids loved the pool, and the space made it easy to enjoy time together at the cabin while still having the option to go out. Communication with the host was excellent and very appreciated.There were some comfort issues with temperature balance between rooms during our stay, which we shared privately with the host. I highly recommend this cabin.. Brought my kids for a getaway for fall break and this house did not disappoint! Pool area was safe, hot tub was perfect, theater room was right by pool area and the kids enjoyed that who setup!! The whole upstairs was also their domain with the bedroom, pool table and video games.. Host had plenty of suggestions and helpful tips.. Driving there has some steep and windy roads. Car could make it in good weather. We had one vehicle you may get two in there but thats probably it.. Again. Highly recommend

This is a great, clean, new cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub on the deck is awesome, as is the indoor pool! It’s close to town for restaurants and daily adventures. You can’t lose here!

I wish we had a better experience, but our stay left alot to be desired. We ended up leaving early because we were uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the cabin was terrible. The windows were dirty and hard to see out of, The bed upstairs was broken, The pillows on the couch had something hardened on them, There was insulation in the air vents. And an odor that wouldn't go away it was a mix of mold and chlorine, we chalked it up to the smell the pool emitted due to it being worse in the pool room and not as strong on the very top floor of the cabin. We tried to air it out the best we could but the smell was there the entire time. Always seeming stronger when you would reenter the cabin after being outside. A few other things we found small issues with was the lack of a gate on the stairs leading off of the bottom porch which was only blocked off by two bungee cords. We did see a bear multiple time walking around the cabin and we felt that even though a gate wouldn't do alot to stop a bear from climbing it would be a better option than buggee cords. Also in the pictures it shows the landscape around the cabin to be alot more maintained that it actually is and we had issues with large spiders being all over the porches. Over all it felt the cabin was poorly cleaned and not enjoyable. We wouldn't recommend especially for the price and we won't stay here again.

Nice house, Good Location

My family’s stay was good. The house is very nice and mostly clean. Just a few suggestions, I feel the house needs extra blankets we could only find one, also the pullout couches are super uncomfortable cause all you feel are the springs. We ended up taking the sheets off the mattress of the pullout couch and rewashing them cause there were food crumbs and a black footprint on the downstairs one. Also found an Easter egg in the window and food splatter behind the trash can which is fine but just made me feel some things could have been cleaned a little better. Overall everything was good and I would stay here again.

Perfect getaway with friends

This cabin was absolutely perfect for my friends and I to escape to. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. Bathroom essentials were provided so no need to worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash. What started to be a trip for my boyfriend and I turned out to include 4 other friends and the cabin had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The main reason I picked this cabin was the indoor pool and it did not disappoint. We had surprise bear visitors every morning and evening which brought us so much excitement, an experience we will never forget. I will most certainty try booking this property again for our next Gatlinburg adventure.

The pool was cold, microwave didn't work so they had a second one in there. The fire pit didn't work, couldn't get internet to make arcade work, they intake was about to fall out of the ceiling. Not worth the money I will say this

Awesome spot

Clean/new cabin lots of room. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and video game. Also seen two bears right off the porch! Awesome spot we were sad it went so quickly. Also cabin was a short 15 min drive to Gatlinburg. Only complaint would be the mattress is uncomfortable upstairs and downstairs. But overall great spot to stay!!!
