1 Queen Bed in loft bedroom, bath is downstairs. You can oversee Downtown Gatlinburg, Mt. LeConte, and Ober' Gatlinburg Ski Resort. The condo is less than a 10 min. drive to Downtown Gatlinburg, and only mins. to the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance. The condo is about 586 sq. ft. (Hotel/Motelroom 325 sq. ft.) and the complex is located at 3000' above sea level offering a beautiful drive with curves to the Gatlinburg Summit Condos! The Ober' Gatlinburg Ski Resort is located less than one mile from the unit. A very fun thing to do is drive to Ski Resort, leave your car, and ride the Tram to downtown, dine out, shop, and take the Tram back to Ski resort such fun!! You can also, while downtown, take one of the many Trolley's and go to Pigeon Forge, and even ride the wonderful 8 miles of the "Glades Craft Community".
A partial renovation of new floors, new accent wall with real barnwood was installed Dec 2023. All new furniture, new wall decor, and new linens, new window treatment with blackout for privacy and the wood fireplace has been converted to an electric! We however have a bit more painting to finish. New photos will be available soon. Our top floor unit offers stunning views of downtown Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains including Mount LeConte, one of the tallest in the eastern United States.

Our check-in & check-out times are firm, should you arrive early text OWNER to see if available or leave late, a fee of $20 may be charged. We want you to enter a clean cabin, so we like giving our cleaning associates as much time as possible to do their job.
The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area offers so much to do from hiking, shopping, mini golf, the Aquarium, and of course one of most favorites, Ripley's Believe It or Not. Not to mention shopping at the outlets, all the incredible restaurants, and Dollywood in Pigeon Forge just down the road from Gatlinburg, and our favorite thing to do is visiting the 8 mile loop of the Glades Craft community. Whether you take in the sites downtown, or just simply enjoy the most amazing year round views of the mountains, you will want to come back time and time again, and from season to season.
The condo is located in Bldg. #8, on the 3rd floor, each unit has a loft room. There are no elevators in this complex only stairs.
Two pools...One indoor pool with two hot tubs open year-round 9:00 am to 9:45 pm. And one outdoor heated pool open seasonally 9:00 am to 9:45 pm. Grilling area with tables at clubhouse, with two propane gas grills.
