The cabin was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. All of the children and adults enjoyed the game room and hot tubs. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was clean and warm upon arrival. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! Ryan was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. It was definitely a family trip to remember with a ton of memories!

King of the Bears

Overall this is a great property. The house was beautiful. The gaming area was fun and had a lot to do. Beds are comfortable. Only issues we had were in check in the cleaning crew was still at the house at 4:30 when we were trying to unload. Going up the stairs trying to doge the cleaning crew was not what was expected. The shower pressure is not good at all. Was surprised how small the refrigerator was compared to how great the kitchen was. This property, If you want to see bears, you will see bears every day. The first night was ok but after a while it was more of a pain with trying to get in the house with kids. Great house just some small details that were inconvenient.

Lovely Cabin

Huge beautiful cabin literally right around the corner from Ober Mountain parking. Just a few minutes from town. Kids enjoyed all the games downstairs and the hot tub. Would stay here again!

Best Place To Stay

We rented this property to celebrate my wife's birthday with our kids and grandkids. The house is simply amazing and gave us all some space and privacy. Home comes equipped with video games, pool table, ping pong table, and two hot tubs. No one wanted to leave, and all agreed that we need to come back again! Owner of the property communicated with us well! Definitely a five-star accommodation!

Great Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. The owner was so quick to respond to a city girls impromptu questions. The kids loved playing pool and ping pong. We enjoyed seeing the area bear each morning from the safety of the balcony! Cannot wait to come back!

Lots of space but looking tired

Beautiful, large home with plenty of beds and well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom showers had mildew along the bottom rails and the half bath was missing the TP holder. Overall the property looked tired with gutters detached from downspouts, needs new paint on outside stairs, pool table needs to be replaced, wood fence is falling over. Overall a good property, but definitely felt it was expensive for the condition we observed.

Family Mountain Getaway!!!

First let me say, Ryan was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to any concerns we had (even while he was out of the country) (he was genuinely concerned to ensure our visit was what we’d expected it to be). The house was beautiful and is in walking distance of Ober Mountain. Plenty of space for everyone and the jacuzzis were clean and spacious! We did get to see the local bear visiting the construction site adjacent to the property. We loved our visit and will definitely keep the King if the mountain in mind for our next Gatlinburg visit!

UH-MAZING!

This was the perfect stay! We had 3 families stay in the same house and had plenty of space. Communication was perfect...quick and effective from the owner. So much thought was given into what we should know before showing up and what was provided for us while we were there. The playroom and Jacuzzis kept us busy while we were in the house. The layout was great with plenty of room for all the kids on the 3rd floor. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we cooked a lot! Very private even though there are other cabins in the area. We are from Florida so if you aren't used to mountains, the driveway is steep but our doordasher was on a motorcycle in the rain so that just may be an us thing lol.

Great vacation at the perfect cabin!

The cabin was exactly as it was listed and even more roomy than the pictures could depict. This cabin comfortably housed our group of 12 and made for great evenings together on the main floor. Its close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great and made getting out and back extremely easy. Ryan was a great host and stayed in contact with me throughout the trip and responded quickly to the questions we had. Definitely recommend this location if you want a hassle free vacation.

Annual business planning session

Overall was a good place to stay. The property needs more bath towels and washcloths available. Showers are small. One of the kitchen chairs had been broken prior to our stay and poorly repaired so that when one of our family sat on it, the leg broke out from under them, throwing them to the floor. This broken chair and poor repair may not have been known by the property owner.

Nestled high up in the mountains, the cabin offered unparalleled panoramas of peaks and lush forests. Waking up to this picturesque scenery every morning was a sight to behold and instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The cabin itself was immaculate and provided ample space for our group. The open-concept living area beautifully combined rustic charm with modern amenities. Cabin by Ober park great family cabin

The property was very spacious and walking distance to Ober park which avoids all the traffic to the park. The rooms are spacious and beds quite comfortable. We did encounter a visit from a bear lucky for us we were all upstairs in the balcony it was quite impressive and was the highlight for the kids. Recomend the property for a large family. Quite accommodating and the pool table and games a hit! Thanks Ryan

Great space and location!

This cabin is great for large groups and kids. Loved the game room, bunk room and outdoor activities. Easy walk to Ober Gatlinburg and close drive into town or to hiking in the national park.
