Welcome to Great Smoky Lodge! Great Smoky Lodge is a remarkable, elegant true-log cabin with a truly spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains. This classy 3-story, 4700 sqft cabin is located in Gatlinburg only minutes from all the attractions, shopping and fine dining that the area has to offer.
There us parking for 5 vehicles and easy access into the cabin.

Main Level:
Enter the cabin into the spacious open-plan living area containing the living room, kitchen and dining area.
The living room features vaulted ceilings, a plush leather sofa sleeper, recliner, love-seat, a large flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player, stacked stone gas fireplace and Internet/WiFi. Just off the living room is a game/card table and desk. Also on the main level is a full bathroom with shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, an island with seating for 4 and the dining area offers a large gathering table providing seating for 16.

The deck on the main level runs the length of the cabin and offers sufficient seating, a picnic table, an outdoor gas fireplace and a telescope for when you want to get a close up look of the wild life in the mountains. The views from this deck are absolutely spectacular!
A gas grill is provided for the perfect cook-out.

The front porch offers rocking chairs and a porch swing where you can sit and enjoy the quiet time in the mountains.

Upper Level:
Up the stairs is a loft sitting area where you can relax. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper level.

The 1st bedroom features a king bed, dresser, closet, HDTV, a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and access to a private deck with seating.
The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, closet, HDTV and a full bathroom with a large jetted tub and a separate tiled walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
Downstairs on the lower level you will find a large game room, laundry and the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and access to the deck with hot tub.

The game room comes with a pool table, a pinball machine and 2 multi-game arcade games to keep you entertained. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa, HDTV, and access to the deck with hot tub and seating.
Just off the game room, you will find the laundry closet with washer/dryer and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower.

There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level.
The 1st bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, closet, HDTV and a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, dresser, closet, access to the deck, and shares the full bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom offers 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds, a flat screen HDTV and shares the full bathroom.

A door from the game room leads out onto the lower deck featuring more seating and a soothing hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

Cabin was very nice. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking large dinners. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for the 14 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The cabin was perfectly located. We were less than 30 minutes from rafting, SMNP entrance, hiking, and Gatlinburg. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels were provided. The view was amazing and the outdoor fireplace…chef’s kiss. Perfect for a large group and plenty to do if you want to stay in. The bathrooms were all impressive and beds were comfortable.

Very comfortable for our group.

The cabin is lovely and the view is beautiful. Hurricane Helene disrupted our plans for visiting the national park, but there was plenty of space for the thirteen of us to hang out and socialize and play games. There were also quiet spaces available for anyone who wanted to read and work on a puzzle.

Very bad experience

I regret to express my extreme disappointment following a recent two-day stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, the persistently non-functional internet severely impacted my overall experience. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of your staff on multiple occasions, the problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. The lack of a reliable internet connection significantly disrupted both personal and professional aspects of my visit. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work and communication, the continuous downtime was not just an inconvenience but a major hindrance. This unfortunate experience has undoubtedly left a lasting negative impression on what was meant to be a brief and pleasant stay.

Nice property, good location, needs TLC

We booked a week with our family of 16, which range from a six month old infant to 71 year old grandparents. The location was excellent being near Gatlinburg, but still providing fantastic views of the smoky mountains. Another plus was that it was out of the congested area. The check-in process was easy by simply following instructions, received by text. No, the property had been cleaned. It was obvious that a thorough cleaning had not been done in a long time. One fold out couch had a giant yellow stain on the mattress. Another couch was full of dog hair and we didn’t have enough sheets and pillow cases to cover the number of people we had. Property management was responsive to clean the dog hair and provide linens. In the front of the property on the hill, there was trash, including beer, cans, and wrappers that needs clean up. In summary a beautiful place that needs a little more care to up it’s game.

Overall this was a pleasant stay! Only a few minor issues. Would recommend

The location is beautiful! Not too far from everything but far enough to be at peace! The only issues we faced were dead bugs in the bathtubs and around the toilets; there was zero hot water on the top floor but a few minutes of hot water on the main and lower floors; and not really a sufficient amount of towels for a cabin that slept 22. Overall we really really did enjoy ourselves!

Beautiful

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our large family. It was very dusty and need some cleaning. The hot water was not working properly , it would get warm but not hot. I feel, the price we paid and all of the fees that we should have had hot water and a clean cabin. But other than that we loved it!

Nice but was not cleaned before arrival

The house was beautiful. The views were spectacular. But there was trash left from the previous tenants in the trash cans through out the house. Some of the counters had not been wiped down or cleaned. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the house. Had we have known we would've stopped and got some before driving up the mountain.

Overall great place to stay

House was in pretty good condition overall when we arrived. Floors could have been cleaner, and Cobb webs could have been removed but overall the house was great. It would be a better view if about 4 trees in back were trimmed down but that is just being picky. Overall great view and great house.

The location and view was beautiful. There was a grill with no propane the cabin was very dusty. There was no back tissue for the bathrooms and the ice maker did not work. Over all the stay was enjoyable and the cabin was beautiful.

Beautiful and spacious cabin

The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. The view is gorgeous! There were a few issues . The sleeper sofa was dirty , the air was set at 80 degrees and it was pretty warm outside and there were no towels . I have to say , as soon as I called to let them know the issues, they took care of it immediately. My family and I enjoyed the cabin and would definitely stay here again . I highly recommend it .

Good but not great

Our stay was good, but I wouldn’t say great. A couple issues we had with our cabin, the great Smoky lodge, the biggest was our water getting shut off for over 18 hours and the company not communicating with us what was going on. Along with this we had a bat flying around our cabin!! We received the wrong wifi password information. Also it was not being the cleanest, including lots of centipedes in the downstairs bathrooms. The fridge was leaking water, which the floorboards showed that had probably been happening for a while. The cabin worked for our big group but could have just been better. The company did make it right.

Great Views

Nice cabin, good location and great views! Our only issue was with the wifi which is very slow and finally died. When the maintenance person came to work on it, he went outside and never returned without telling us. I spent all afternoon of my vacation sitting in the cabin waiting for him to return while my family was hiking. Later, I learned that he was not coming back - very very poor communication. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great cabin, beautiful view.

Really nice experience, could have been more clean; found soda cans underneath sofas. We reported the first night that the entrance to the parking lot gate was open. When we tried to close it we found it was broken at the base. So we did not touch it.

Enjoyed but lack cleanliness

Our family definitely enjoyed themselves outside of cleaning issues. When we first arrived there were definitely bugs in the corners of the cabin as well as trash under the beds. There was as also a used condom in the sofa bed in the game room. We also had towels in the laundry room from someone else previous stay. They were very accommodating with things such as filling the propane tank for the gas grill even though it wasn’t full when we first arrived. All in all our family enjoyed our stay but, cleaning is definitely an issue with this organization as previous reviewers have expressed. I hope this company works on holding their cleaning companies accountable.
