THE BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS + MORE
* Bedroom 1: main level, 1 King bed (share main level hallway bathroom w/ 2)
* Bedroom 2: main level, 1 King bed (share main level hallway bathroom w/ 1)
* Bedroom 3 (master): upper level, 1 King bed w/ en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 4: lower level, built-in twin bunks (total of 4 twin beds) (uses downstairs hallway bathroom)
***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee. If we find that you have failed to adhere to the policy (exceed max number of dogs, weight of dogs, etc) we will reserve the right to assess a minimum fine of $300.
***FIREPLACE: Fireplaces will be shut from April - October for the summer season.
Just 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, 10 minutes to the nearest trails and 15-20 minutes to the Sugarlands Visitor Center! (Of course, there's often traffic, but distance-wise it's just a stone's throw away!)
Roads are all paved but the driveway and road right before the cabin has a steep 30 degree incline, so in winter months we would recommend a 4x4 drive or chains, and experienced driver who is comfortable with uphill drives.

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
