The house rules are created and updated to guide your check in and check out processes. Please carefully review and agree on the house rules before checkin. Violation of the house rules may automatically result in the cancellation of reservation.

* It`s a self checkin and check out process. Access code, passwords and address information will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival via email and Airbnb app. It is essential to update your email address on your Airbnb profile. If you do not use email on a regular basis, please notify us beforehand.

* Checkin time is no earlier than 4:00 PM EST. The professional maintenance team requires adequate time to perform their jobs to your satisfaction.

* Checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM EST. The professional maintenance team requires adequate time to perform their jobs to next guest`s satisfaction.

* The cabin ONLY allows a maximum of 4 individuals. Reservation WILL BE cancelled if additional unannounced guests arrive.

* Over plus-size individuals attention please: With the maximum weight capacity, the furniture (bed frame, mattress, sleep couches) do NOT support individuals over 250 lbs. If you are over plus-size, please cancel your reservation ASAP.

* Your designated parking is covered carport “A”.

* It is ILLEGAL of outdoor burning from October through May, due to the city government ban. It`s a serious fire hazard. Safety first!

* Outdoor grill is available from June through September, but due to humidity, guests are responsible for purchasing the amount of charcoal as needed.

* No drug, no smoking/vaping, no hunting, no party, no animal/fish skinning and no pets/animals are allowed at the cabin. Firearms must remain off the property, guests are free to keep them in own vehicles.

* Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items during their stay.

* Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair cost of the clogged kitchen sink drain, bathroom sink drain, shower drain and toilet drain, and the financial impact on the next guest group(s).

* Wines and alcoholic beverages is $30/bottle, if and only if consumed.

* Please do NOT unplug the internet modem or the power cord. Call the host in case of technical issues.

* The shared laundry & utility room is located on the basement of Cabin A.

* Please do not disturb wildlife plants and animals. No flower picking and bear feeding.

* There are minimal exterior security surveillance cameras to ensure safety and security. They are necessary to detect or deter trespassing, wildlife animals, forest fire and other natural disasters. If you are not comfortable with it, please consider cancellation.

* There are two independent cabins on this 6-acre property, with each having separate privacy and unique themes and characteristics. The one you have booked is Cabin A, a two-story structure overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The other is Cabin B, a single story structure also overlooking the mountains. Since it’s mountain area, necessary minimal maintenance or inspection outside of the cabin (e.g., lighting, signs, animal trash, road repair, weather emergency preparation and etc.) might be scheduled to ensure guest safety and satisfaction; if your stay is longer than one or two nights, there is a good chance you may (or may not) see the crew cleaning in the other cabin area. But if this leads to your privacy concern, this cabin may not be your ideal choice.

* The cleaning crew will take care of trash, shower towels and linens for you. No trash should be left outside from May to October because of bears. If your trash bins are full, please notify the host who will take care of it.

* Due to CDC COVID guidelines, the cleaning crew can NOT guarantee to keep and return your personal or hygiene items. Please make sure to bring all of your belongings during check out.

* We reserve the right NOT to host individuals who feel entitled and try to game the Airbnb system for free stays or unjustified refund. Scam WILL be reported to Airbnb and police immediately.
