There is a pull-out couch in the Game Room and another in the Living Room that can accommodate another 4, guests bringing the total sleeping accommodations to 10 guests.

Fully stocked kitchen featuring appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker

Start-up supplies are provided including paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out.

All trash should go in a bear proof container on the deck and is picked up regularly

★ HOT TUB
Private Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized before each stay. It was installed in December of 2022 and is the Freeflow 7-Seat Monterey Spa

★ QUIET TIME
Hemlock Hills Resort is located within the City Limits of Gatlinburg and is subject to the laws pertaining to “offenses against peace & quiet” which enforces noise restrictions from 10PM – 7AM

★ NO Fireworks or Open Fires
Fireworks and open fires of any kind are prohibited by the City & Hemlock Hills

★ NO SMOKING or PETS in the cabin

★ NO RVs/Campers or Commercial Vehicles

The Main Floor features a king bedroom with flat screen tv, bathroom and an open kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home!! There is a large flat screen TV in the Main Living Room as well as stacked stone fireplace for those cozy mountain nights. There are vaulted ceilings on the first and upper floors giving the cabin an open lodge feel.

The Upper Floor has a private master king suite with flat screen tv, en suite bathroom, fireplace and separate Jacuzzi tub to indulge and relax after an adventurous day hiking, shopping or riding go-carts. The upper floor master suite also features its own private deck with bistro set.

The lower level main living area features a full game room with all the bells and whistles. Young and old will enjoy the sit down driving game, pool table, multi-arcade game and countertop video game. The lower level also features a 75" LED TV with theater seating.

This lower level has another King Bedroom with flat screen tv, private deck and private shower bath. There are also laundry facilities on this level. All Linens and Towels are provided and have a higher thread count for your comfort. Each King Bed is a custom Log Bed with Luxury bedding that will entice you to linger a little longer in the morning. The lower level deck also features a hot tub for relaxing after an exciting day shopping in Gatlinburg, Skiing Ober Gatlinburg, biking through Cades Cove, family fun in Pigeon Forge or hiking the many trails in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Whatever you like to do, this cabin is the great escape that you are looking for.

Mountain Grace is the perfect getaway for 3 couples and separate families with children. Enjoy the privacy of nature in this prestigious Hemlock Hills neighborhood with curbed, wide streets. This cabin is so close to everything with short cuts to avoid the tourist traffic, yet it is still away from it all. We pride ourselves in customer service and it is our goal to make your stay at Mountain Grace one that will bring you back year after year.

The sofas in the game room and living room are pull out couches / sleeper sofas and how we can accommodate 10 overnight guests. Full linens , blankets and pillows are also provided for these beds. We do not allow Smoking or Pets in the cabin.
