This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation with our adult kids. It’s quiet and peace in the building and a great location to enjoy Gatlinburg and the surrounding area. We saw the local bears a few times which was fun and surprising! The swimming is the perfect size for kids to play around in.

Small things Clothes dryer didn’t work well - ran briefly and then stoppedTelevisions didn’t work in several roomsFirst night had a small worm in the bed - checked all beds and didn’t find anything else after that timeKleenex would’ve been nice in roomsOr bathrooms. Everything was clean for most part - exterior areas and pool area much more dated.

We go to Gatlinburg often but I never knew this complex was there. Great location. Bear activity was high, I love watching them. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends

The condo is in an excellent location. It is an easy walk to downtown and is mostly flat with sidewalks. It is also close to the trolley stop which is an added convenience. The building is dated and pool/hot tub are very small. The actual unit was very clean and each bedroom had a bathroom. The balcony is on the end of the building with a nice view and we were able to see bears almost every night. The host responded timely to my messages. My biggest complaint was the dryer in the unit did not work. Unfortunately I didn’t discover that the dryer wasn’t working until after I put a load of laundry in and had to figure out what to do with a load of wet laundry. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.

The host did not communicate regarding door code/check in procedures. VRBO staff did an excellent job getting us that information. Only heard from the host 10 minutes before check out reminding us it was time to go. We had been gone an hour. The place was nice enough, the beds were comfy. Overall, good stay.
