'Staff could be nicer and more helpful. Clients are special. Lot’s of bikers and people that are loud even late outside in the parking lot. So much so that we heard them for a few hours after going to bed.'

'A beautiful hotel conveniently located inside the park. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and kind. The outdoor pool with the mountains behind them were a fantastic way to relax, there is also a sauna on premises. You can enjoy drinks and food just outside the pool area. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel has two dinner options.'

'We stayed here two nights. The property was clean and conveniently located. The curtains did little to block out the morning sun and bright lights at night. Our first night we had to close our windows because of very loud guests outside in the common areas well after midnight. There was also a small group of middle school aged boys in the pool area without any parental supervision and acting a bit wild on both days of our stay. All this is to say I'm not sure how well the property is supervised....

'We only stayed one night. Our room was a bit small but fine for a one night stay. You can walk to all of the restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a restaurant as well with a nice view of Perce rock and Bonaventure Island. For any restaurant you should make reservations as we had a hard time finding a place to eat without any. You could walk to the ferry but there were also plenty of parking options close by as well.'
